Hayley is an American actor and singer. A lot of people recognize her from her character as Erica Goldberg on the popular TV show "The Goldbergs.' Even though she sings but her main passion is music. Music, according to her, is the very first thing she is passionate about. She began playing with it at age nine. When she was 12 years old, music was significant enough that she was able to begin professional training. At 13, she began creating songs. The first time she recorded an album at 14 years old. Since then, she has not stopped ever since. Orrantia has been born in the USA but has Hispanic origins. Although she never lived or spoke Spanish in Mexico She is strongly proud of her Hispanic roots. To keep her heritage alive she's enrolled in Spanish. Also, she writes songs based on the Spanish language. A song she has created is called 'Hasta Verte,' which she recorded in Spanish. Orrantia was selected to audition for the X Factor's inaugural season, which aired in summer 2011. Orrantia had been selected through YouTube videos and got an average of four "yeses," from judges at Seattle at the time of live auditions. Originally auditioning as a soloist, she along with three female singers were grouped with three other singers for the last auditions during "Hollywood Week". The live shows were held in the 5th week.
